Louisa believes in an holistic approach to yoga to help you find a healthier happier you. She blends Eastern practices with Western science for a physical and mindful experience. 

Yoga is for every size, age and shape. You don't need to be flexible to do yoga. In fact, true yoga is all about the use of the breath to control the mind and cultivate a strong healthy body. Yoga gives you the tools to find your balance in a "switched on" world.
