Yin yoga works on all levels - physical, mental and energetic. It eases tension and tightness in the body which builds up through our fast-paced lives. It's a slow mindful style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time to create a feeling of space and wellbeing.

Salt therapy has been practised for centuries in Europe. It is used to improve the immune system, suppress common colds and flu and alleviate skin and respiratory conditions. It is also anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-viral. Just the thing for this time of year.

Imagine lying on your mat in a cosy candle lit salt cave, where the salt twinkles around you and every cell in your body pauses to recharge, restore and let go.
